We have had our King Size Ghostbed and pillows for about 3 weeks now and completely love them. Both my wife and I have always woken up with sore backs and attributed that to our professions, until we started sleeping on our Ghostbed mattress. We both wake up pain free and feel completely rested. I am currently trying to convince my department to convert to Ghostbeds as we are looking to replace about 12 beds, that is how much I enjoy my restful sleep waking up without back pain. Honestly I wasn't thrilled with it the first couple of nights. It was a little too firm for me and I'm dealing with a two year old back injury which was why I bought it in the first place. I found I was waking waking up with sore hips and back. But every night it seems to get better and better and a little softer. I'm not giving up yet I think it just takes some time break in. My husband absolutely loves it and sleeps like a baby so the 4 stars are from him. I'm going to give it some more time.

My mattress was shipped quickly and was super easy to unpack. It was a little too stiff for my liking for the first couple of days (I like to sleep on my side, and I occasionally woke up with my arm asleep), but it broke in relatively quickly and now it's great!

Great quality and service. Everything shipped super fast and set up of the foundation was easy. Pillows are absolutely fantastic. The mattress itself is cool and comfortable. Much firmer than expected but hopefully that settles as you sleep in it more. Only complaint is that the foundation is made with not the best or even middle quality wood so a bunch of the pieces are split or don’t match. Hoping it holds fine.

I've slept on Tempurpedic for the past 8 years. It's really dense, hard and expensive, but it worked! When I saw Ghost Bed I never thought it would be such good quality. Better than old bed bc was softer, cozier, yet so much support, and the price!!! No hassle to get it delivered and setting it up all by yourself! Amazing product!!!

I received it in a timely manner ! My bed is great !! My back an legs don’t hurt like they use to .. I received the wrong size foundation cover but y’all were quick to send a new one and customer service was great . I recommend this bed to anyone ! The pillows are great as well !!! I may have to get more pillows !!Thank you

My husband has complained about our bed since we were first married. We had a double pillowtop mattress and boxsprings, and most nights he had problems with his back. He would either wake up stiff and sore or end up on the couch. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get a new mattress. He did a little research and narrowed it down to 3 mattresses with yours being his top pick. Let me be clear...I was not thrilled with the idea of switching to a memory foam mattress and I like a soft bed. Your mattress is rated as one of the firmer mattresses, but I wanted my husband to sleep better. I will admit that I was more excited to try the pillows. :) I had already decided I would need to add a down mattress pad to the bed in order to make it more comfortable to sleep on. I felt I needed to be fair and at least try out the bed for a few weeks before I make any changes to it for my husband's sake. The mattress arrived very fast and true as advertised was easy to setup. It took a few nights to get used to the bed, and while I am not usually a lavender fan, I love the smell of the mattress and pillows. Imagine my surprise! We love this mattress! We have used the bed for a month now and it is firm enough to suit my husband, yet the memory foam cushions enough to make me happy...no need for extra padding! We both find we rest better and require less sleep. This bed has been a blessing and I absolutely adore the pillows! I wish we would have make the switch years ago. We purchased a queen mattress just about 6 weeks ago and absolutely love it. The customer service we received was exemplary and we would definitely recommend Ghost Bed to our friends and family. We bought the king-size Ghostbed based solely on the Consumer Reports recommendation, and boy, did it pay off! Some of my aches and pains are gone (*gone!*), and it's just such a comfortable night's sleep for both of us. My husband and I were on vacation last week at a pretty nice resort, but we realized — the bed, even in a nice hotel, wasn't half as comfortable as our Ghostbed at home. So glad we made the leap of faith!

This mattress had my whole body hurting for over a week. It is so firm that it does not give, and it is almost like sleeping on the floor. When I requested to return it with a refund, I was informed that I had to keep it for at least 30 days before I could start the process for a refund and that I would have to find a specific organization to donate the mattress to. I was also told that it is best if we jump on the bed to help open the fibers within the mattress to allow it to give a little. We are two weeks in to the 30 days, and it is not much better at all. I wake up with cramps in my bad in the middle of the night. It better start to become a better night's sleep for me to change my feelings of this being a huge mistake.
