I've always had trouble sleeping, with this bed I wake up much less during the night and am able to fall asleep better. It does feel like it retains heat a little, and can leave me too warm sometimes.

I love it! Came quickly and i sleep so much better now. My only thought would be that i also got two pillows and they had a strong oder for a few days.

My wife and I were sleeping on an older style spring mattress, which after a few years was finally breaking down. The GhostBed is a lot stiffer than I anticipated. My wife on the other hand loves it.

The ghost bed is a good option for back or stomach sleep but me as a side sleeper it makes it very uncomfortable on my shoulders and they become sore over time.
