Ordering the mattress was super simple, and it came quickly. I have a problem with the mattress however. It is too soft for me and it is too hot. I specifically bought it because it is rated as being firmer than other foam mattresses. Do you have a firmer model? Please advise.

My husband and I have had the mattress for a little over a month. He's about 220lbs and I'm 115lbs. For him, after the first couple nights he was sleeping much better than when on our old spring mattress with a pillowtop. For me, I couldn't sleep at all for the first few nights. Then when I was able to, I was in pain and constantly waking up through out the night. Now, over a month of having it, I'm able to sleep through the night and his alarm doesn't wake me up anymore. About 3 mornings a week I wake up sore. I've also noticed I'm not able to use a pillow every night and that's very unusual for me. I am not super happy with this mattress. I'm hoping I still need some time to adjust to it. My husband likes it though. He does complain he gets hot. If my comfort doesn't change soon, we will be returning the mattress.

I have slept on the bed for a few weeks and I like a supportive mattress but I am disappointed in how firm it is. I find that my shoulders can't sink enough into the mattress and I wake up with a sore neck. I have also experienced lower back pain in certain sleeping positions. I originally slept with the ghost pillow and hoped when switching pillows it would cure my problems but it has not. I'm debating returning it or adding a layer to the top. I tried returning it after a week and they turned me down. I was not aware that it required a 30 day trial before they allow a return. I may not have purchased the bed if I knew about the fine print. My wife seems to be plenty happy on the bed but for someone with broad shoulders or lower back problems you may find it to be too stiff and unable to conform to your body type.

The GhostBed came highly recommended by some friends, and after sleeping on mine for a few weeks, I can see why. The bed offers the perfect balance of firmness and comfort. I’ve always been a side sleeper; however, between the GhostBed and the complimenting pillows, I have no issue sleeping on my back either. I highly recommend this bed and the pillows to anyone searching for the right bed.

My husband and myself absolutely love this bed! We love how it's cool and how it forms to every curve of out bodies! The pillows are just as wonderful as the bed! They smell so goooood! Plus they are so super cooling! Even our dogs love the bed and the pillows. Now every night for bed my dog Nitro takes over my pillow and sleeps at the top of my head! We would recommend this bed to everyone!!! Best purchase ever! thank you ghost bed for designing a wonderful bed!!! :-)

I like it! I fall asleep on my back but wake up on my side. My shoulder & hip do not hurt anymore when I wake up & don't wake me up because they hurt! My back feels less tight also. The mattress is short by about 1 1/2 or so, Hasn't grown in length. I haven't totally decided to keep it yet, it has been almost a month now. It does not sleep hot either. Easy to handle by one person, very minimal odor gone quickly.

Our bed hunting saga has come to an END!!!!!! We have been bed hunting for 6 months and the Ghost bed is hands down the best price for quality. And by bed hunting I literally mean sleeping on different types of bed that we purchased and having to return them because they did'nt measure up to our standards. We tried Tempurpedic, Sleep Number and Purple and Ghostbed is the perfect level of firmness, comfort, and coolness for sleeping and you can't beat the price! Hands down best mattress ever! From someone who has been bed hopping for the past 6 months all I can say is my husband and I are finally having restfull sleep again on the Ghostbed order yours, you wont be disappointed!

Overall the bed is fantastic. Very comfortable and relaxing. Pillows as well. For the foundation I found for the price unacceptable. You call it special wood but all it is is a bunch of 1x2 furring strips that are pre drilled for screws. If I could return the foundation I would. So save your money on the foundation you can build it way cheaper. I gave it a four for the bed itself.

My fiancée and I were shopping around for awhile on which bed to get. We came to the conclusion that ghost bed was going to fit our sleeping needs the best. The first couple nights were restless which was to be expected but ever since then I have never gotten a better sleep. I wake up feeling fresh and find myself more rejuvenated in the morning. My husband and I are completely in love with our GhostBed. My husband's back problems are gone after only two weeks of use and I fall asleep within minutes of laying down every night. It was a great value and was simple to set up. We can't say a bad thing about it!
