This bed is definitely on the firm side, which is perfect for me. I've never slept better. Delivery was fast, setup was easy. I have it on my old box spring, and it works fine.

Its a great bed. Its a mid level of softness. Was pretty hard in the beginning but over time it has softened up to a good comfort level. The only draw back is that it does sleep warm. Which is why I have given it a 4 star.

I traditionally have a lot of trouble sleeping. While this mattress has not been a perfect cure I definitely get comfortable significantly faster and sleep much better. Well worth the price.

Comparing firmness of traditional coil spring mattresses to the ghostbed mattress is apples to oranges. I feel the firmness of this mattress could be comfortable for a wide variety of sleepers. Its a very comfortable bed.

It is scary how quickly Ghost Bed and Ghost Pillows relieved my lower back pain. I should have switched to this bed sooner! Highly recommend trying this bed out.

I was surprised how easy it was to set up my bed although it was very heavy to unbox. The bed is very firm and I am getting used to it. I may try a foam topper to soften my side sleeping but overall I am very pleased.

I am trying to give this mattress a fair chance. We have had it for a few weeks now, and it is really firm. Maybe it is just too firm for me. I wish there was something to make it a little softer.
