Loved the Queen size Ghost Mattress so I ordered a Full Size as well. For some reason it seems much softer than the Queen. After contacting Customer Service, they offered a full refund or exchange. No issues.

So far i love it. I used to have a super soft mattress so its a little firm. I also only weigh about 120lbs so its firmer to me then when someone heavier lays on it.

I'm a few weeks in and I have to say I'm happy with my purchase I'm purchasing the pillow now after trying a friends. It's a good product for good price.

I traditionally have a lot of trouble sleeping. While this mattress has not been a perfect cure I definitely get comfortable significantly faster and sleep much better. Well worth the price.

Everything from the construction of the cover (cool) too the thoughtful design was great, but personal preference was that it was far too firm for me (230lbs / 6'1) - highly recommend trying their hybrid if you like a softer feel.

Showed up when promised. Easy to set up. Comfortable sleeping. It's pretty firm compared to past mattresses, so considering a topper if it doesn't soften up in break-in period.

Love it! My other mattress was less than a year old and was hurting my husband's back and my hips hurt when I was sleeping. Now we both sleep with no aches and pains.

We have only slept on it about a week so far we like it .BUT the pillows have a strong odor . And we had THE WORST TIME WITH FED EX DELIVERY and we were leaving for vacation we finally got all 3 packages

This is the most comfortable mattress on which I've ever slept. The minute my head hits the pillow, I'm out and stay asleep all night. Most importantly I wake up totally refreshed.

I haven't slept this well in a very long time! Took a couple nights to get used to but now I sleep like a baby! And the pillows are absolutely amazing too!
