Its not too soft or firm, but it hurts my back. when you ask to return, you will need to ship the pillows that came with the mattress to them at your expense. they are also not as nice as when you order.

I bought the bed for my daughter, she dont sleep well on it because its too firm for her. However I love the bed and definitely buying a king size for myself.

The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it's too tall for a short person. Other companies give you a choice of leg height. Other than that, I love it. I would buy another if I could get shorter legs.

So far a a noticing a more restful night sleep along with comfort. I'm still well within my 30 days and don't want to give a complete review at this time. I can positively say so far so good I'm hoping the next 60 days will be even better !

3 only because I've been traveling and have not slept on it much. I do like it better than my old bed, but it was terrible. Ive been sleeping in hotels. I'm home now and need to get accustomed to it. More to come later.

I love the ghostbed! Every night my boyfriend (who has chronic neck/back pain) and I sleep really well, with no pain in the morning. I highly recommend.

We love our new Gohst bed. It is firm, supportive and soft. We feel super rested in the morning! Our other bed cost four times as much and there is no discernible difference. Would definitely recommend this bed!

Had this bed a few weeks now sleeping like a baby. Love this bed. It seems firm at fist but breaks in very nicely after a couple days. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for memory foam bed.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress online, but after the first night I was sold. Not too soft, not too firm. Just right. It's so comfortable my two year old has taken it over. Now if I could just get it back for myself...
