Bed was shipped to me as fast as lightening! Bed was easy to set up! Bed is very comfortable... not your typical memory foam sink into a hole. The bed is very firm, however your body just sinks about an inch and it's perfect! My wife and I love it!!!! Great price and Great Value!

I replaced 15 year old Temerpedic with a Queen Ghostbed. The offer included 2 pillows. The Ghostbed gives much better support (no sagging at the hips). It is firm enough at the edges that one can sit comfortably. One advantage I've not heard mentioned is that , while not a featherweight, it is light enough to move around with two people, unlike my old mattress. I had a question about return shipping before I purchased it and got a quick answer thru their easy to use chat system.

I absolutely love this bed. I did a lot of research and am so happy with my decision. Its a little firmer than expected but I think its partially because I'm less than 120lbs so o don't sink into the mattress as much as my boyfriend does who is around 160. He said he gets more of a hugging feel from the bed. Regardless, i always wake up feeling refreshed and well rested. We purchased the king Ghost bed...at first we felt the mattress was a tad too firm but we read 100's of reviews and watched a lot of YouTube videos and everyone said it would soften up a little, we'll it did!!! Now if is perfect!!! No more back and neck pain for either of us!!! The Ghost pillows are good too (not the best we've had) and they were free with the purchase of the mattress. If your thinking about it just go ahead and buy it...I promise you won't regret it!!!

We purchased the twin mattress for my daughter who will hopefully start to sleep on her own soon. For one thing, she absolutely loves the bed and I find that she falls asleep quick! Aaaaaaand... Apparently I fall asleep very quickly too on the mattress. It's also the most comfortable bed in the house, all mattresses in our how are different brands of memory foam type and most fairly new so none are worn out. In other words, this isn't a matter of comparing a new mattress to a worn old mattress, the comfort on ghostbed is absolutely real. I only wish today our king was also a ghostbed. However, i know exactly what I'll get once we decide to switch. The mattress is supportive yet still soft. I have also noticed the mattress does not heat up over the hours, it stays a very comfortable temperature. Overall well made mattress

The mattress is a little firm for my taste, but, I'm sure after a full 30 day break in it'll be fantastic. The issues I had were the dimensions, my mattress was 1/8th an inch shot length ways, 2 inches short width ways and around half an inch short in thickness. I'd hope variables like this are just a defect I can get fixed and aren't something they consider normal "within a range"

We've only had the ghost bed for three weeks so far, but it's wonderful. Great for sleeping and lazing around, but we've also got the pillows - which are amazing. Ghost pillows are so far the best pillow I've had in my entire life. I'm not mysteriously ache-free as some others have said, but I definitely am loving the bed!

its not as comfortable as i expected, but more comfortable than any i have had so far.. the wife loves it, but i took a 5 story fall some years back and can fall asleep but wake every morning in pain.. something i guess i will just have to live with.. the service, delivery etc. went just fine, no problems,,, thank you the Sieverts

No longer waking up with my lower back hurting. I am very happy with this mattress. Also got the ghostpillows and they are great also. Items were package nicely and delivery was fast. This is my first purchase of a mattress online and it has been a surprisingly pleasant experience.
