We purchased the adjustable base to use with our old mattress in Summer of 2020. Absolutely loves the base and free ghost pillow that arrived. The base is high quality construction and delivered us a better night’s sleep. My husband and I both have obstructive sleep apnea and an elevated head position helps with that. So, 7 months later we decided to try the classic mattress with memory foam! We have had our mattress for 8 weeks and are getting even better sleep! I don’t wake up stiff and sore like I used to.

I'm really enjoying my mattress. I can feel a big difference in my back. After having 2 kids my back always hurts when I get out of bed but since i got this mattress I can feel a significant reduction in pain and some mornings my back doesn't hurt. I would recommend this mattress to anyone!

We have been sleeping on the Ghostbed for exactly one month. It took a week to adjust, but we like it so far. My wife has back issues and needs a more firm bed. This bed is a little more firm then some of the other internet foam mattresses and seems to be doing the trick for her and that makes me happy.

Here's the deal. My mattress I had was my wife's from when she was like 16... Ya, think about how comfortable that thing was. Is the ghost bed comfortable? Yes, compared to my old mattress a sack of potatoes was more comfortable. That doesn't mean I am saying the GhostBed feels like a sack of potatoes, far from it. It supports you in all the right places. My morning back pain has certainly gone away since sleeping on this bed. HOWEVER, it is harder than I would like. I have been sleeping on it for a bit longer than a month so I had to give it at least time to "break-in." It has gotten better after the break-in period but it still on the firmer side than my wife and I would like. Putting it into perspective for some, I am 30 years old, 6ft and 195lbs. Will I keep this? Probably, yes. But I think it is more of not wanting to go through the hassle of returning it and finding another mattress. As for the quality, I think it is great. It is very well made with no odors when you first open it. Shipping was fast and the entire ordering process easy. I have not had to deal with customer service so I could not tell you if it is good or bad. It is in the middle of the price range from the "mail mattresses" and I think worth it if you enjoy a slightly firmer mattress. I have not tried out any of their competitors mattresses to compare so I cannot tell you if any are personally more comfortable. I still have about 70 days to return it so that's reassuring. Do your research and don't rule this out entirely. 3 stars

After researching all the bed in box mattresses I decided to purchase ghostbed...what a great choice I made!! The mattress is better than advertised.I can't believe how comfortable and supportive it is for the back and neck.I'll never go back to a coil mattress.I was a little worried if it would be warm because I like the room cool and the mattress lived up to its billing,didn't retain heat,I love the mattress!! Delivery was unbelievably quick and the set up was a breeze,Thanks so much for a great product from a great company.If your thinking about getting a new mattress I would highly recommend The Ghost Bed

I was skeptical about buying a mattress online without testing it out in the store first. I also did not tell my wife about the purchase until it showed up at the door and she was not happy. I figured the reviews were good and return policy looked easy and I loved the price so let me give it a try. I LOVE THIS MATTRESS FROM DAY 1! We got the regular ghost bed and at about 2 weeks in now we both feel so much more rested. It’s so comfortable, and I feel so refreshed every morning. I have already been recommending this mattress to friends and family. It’s fantastic!

Recently switched from a Bob-o-Pedic to the Ghost Bed, and it delivered as advertised. I like the firmness and the temperature control is fantastic. My only critique is with the somewhat low profile even with the foundation. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

My husband and I have been sleeping on the mattress now for a month and we love it! A great balance of firm but still very comfortable. I'm 6 months pregnant with our 5th child and normally at this point I'm waking up regularly bc of pain in my hips. I have not experienced this at all with the ghost bed mattress. My husband loves the mattress and said he feels much more rested in the morning. We also got the pillows and have loved them as much as the mattress...flat, contours to your head/neck and has cooling material that helps you sleep better. Absolutely recommend and hope we still feel this way in several years!

I share a bed with my boyfriend and our 65-lb dog, so I first have to say how great the king sized GhostBed is size-wise. We've had the mattress for a little over two weeks now, and it's been pretty good so far. My only complaint is that I haven't experienced the cooling effects of the mattress that were advertised and written about in some of the reviews that I read. I'm not sure if it has something to do with our sheets, the fact that we have the mattress protector, or the fact that the air conditioning isn't set high enough, but I have woken up pretty warm a few times. Outside of the mattress itself, I had a great experience with customer service. My billing address & shipping address were different, so there was a brief hold placed on my order until I could verify my billing address. I can see how this could be inconvenient to some, but as someone who knows people who have had their identity stolen, this was a nice level of security in my opinion. Once verified, I had the mattress in 4 days (and I'm sure it would have been sooner if July 4 hadn't happened!)

It actually sleeps quite hot, despite what their marketing material says. Also, I can’t quite get proper mid-back support in just about any sleeping position. I will be returning it and I’m going with one of their competitor’s products made from a different material that sleeps cooler and supports my back better.
