The matress it self is very soft and great to first get into. It's the period of time laying that is less then great. I sink to the bottom so much it seems like I can feel the box springs underneath. I'm going to give it a few more weeks. It might be adjusting and learning something new. We'll seen. I do have high hopes.

The mattress was too firm for me. But that isn't why I am rating this bad. I am rating it bad because when I tried to return the mattress for the 101 day guarantee, the person I was working with would not listen. They kept pushing me to buy a new mattress or base. It took me threatening to do a charge back on my credit card to finally get a return processed after nearly 2 weeks of contact.

I have had back and shoulder pain for over a year and when my wife and I decided to purchase this bed I was amazed at the results. After we slept on it the first night we slept on it I woke and felt better than I had in a long time. So as of right now I would say this is the best purchase I ever made

We enjoy our new mattress so much! Our backs are no longer sore in the morning. I don't get moved around when my husband rolls over, most times we don't even notice when one of us has gotten out of bed. I believe it has helped with my husband's snoring as well or it just may be that I am too sound asleep to hear him. Either way, it is a win! I really wish we would have purchased these sooner. Overall I'm pleased with the bed ... I'm sleeping well on it and previous lower back pain is gone. It is a little firm, however. I'm a side sleeper and it has taken me time to adjust and I'm considering a topper. I'd recommend the mattress to others, but would advise new owners to be patient; use the duration of your trial before making a decision about keeping the mattress.

When I first got it, it was really hard. Like 8/10 hard (I'm 185 pounds). After like 2 weeks it has started to feel softer. It's probably a 7/10 now. I really like the texture of the cover. For some reason it makes it a lot more comfortable. I don't really roll over as much at night. I had pretty bad lower back pain from my old mattress. My back pain has changed location (from left lower to right lower), and is slightly better. It has only been a couple weeks so I am hoping it continues to improve. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't as hard at first. It seems like it is really good quality.

Wow, what a wonderful experience it has been to own the Ghost mattress for our king sized bed. NEVER have we slept better in receent years, especially since we've reached our 70's. Now when I wake up when nature calls I can go right back to sleep, don't lay there for an hoour and turn the TV on becasue I get bored and it saves a lot of mid night arguements between my wife and I. Don't need 101 nights to know if we are going to keep it or not. It's ours forever. Great sales people and service!

I have purchased a few of the big name mattresses and have never had a great nights sleep. My wife and I have been sleeping perfectly on the ghost bed and frame for three weeks now and are very satisfied. We wake up every morning pain free and well rested.

We finally but the bullet and tried the bed. He absolutely loves it but we wanted to help me out as I've been dealing with chronic back pain for years. My doctor told me to get a new bed but this one is not for me. I'm a side sleeper and it doesn't have the support I need, it feels like my spine is bent and I wake up in more pain than the day before.

We have been happy with our bed so far. Shipping was fast and it was easy to set up. We like that the trial is more than 30 days. We are thinking about exchanging for the Luxe which is a littler softer. Happy to have the option with a 101 night trial. We have been happy so far!
