We have had this mattress for several weeks now. The firmness/softness is good because it feels soft where I need it but also offers plenty of support. My only issue is feeling warm at night (and it is summertime and hot at night) but I expect this to not be a problem most of the year. I have been getting great sleep and was also happy with convenience and price.

At first I was skeptical, because I'd seen in reviews that anyone less than 130 pounds would find it too firm, but I haven't found that to be the case! I'm getting the best sleep ever, and so is my husband :) For the pillows, though, make sure they're completely flat on your mattress or your neck will hurt a bit--mine was propped a little for the first few days and my neck hurt something awful. I was about to switch to an older pillow until the husband suggested I was just sleeping on it wrong. Now everything's perfect :)

We bought a GhostBed for our spare bedroom but since I work nights, it's a good place to sleep and hide from the noise and kids during the day. We currently have a SleepNumber bed in our master bedroom. I was originally hesitant to buy a GhostBed for the simple fact that we tried one of another brand a few years ago. We were unhappy with how much we sagged. Also it was not cool at all to sleep in. So I have been personally testing the GhostBed for about 4 days a week for the last 2 weeks and have to say I'm very impressed. It's firm, but not to firm. No "sinking" into the bed. I'm 6'1" 220lbs and it feels great on every sleep position and really does seem to stay cool through out my sleep. I can honestly say had we not purchased a new bed already in our master bedroom I would definitely be buying this bed for that room as well. Although our children are getting older and will need new beds. So I will definitely be returning to GhostBed to buy at least 2 more beds. Also my mother in law has slept on it twice and she has already asked about the bed. So I think she will be buying one as well. I highly recommend this bed, especially if your on the fence at least try the 101 night trial. You owe it to yourself to give it a try.

I was searching for a new firmer mattress due to back issues and was torn between the purple and ghostbed. I purchased a set of ghost pillows first and it sold me on ordering the bed. It came packaged well, no smell, and it took minimal time to expand. My pup approves of the mattress too.

its not as comfortable as i expected, but more comfortable than any i have had so far.. the wife loves it, but i took a 5 story fall some years back and can fall asleep but wake every morning in pain.. something i guess i will just have to live with.. the service, delivery etc. went just fine, no problems,,, thank you the Sieverts

Unfortunately, I purchased this mattress back in July but due to remodeling, I did not put the bed up until 1/15/18 so I am stuck with it and can't return it. I am a side sleeper, I tossed and turned all night with shoulder pain and arm numbness. When I finally did doze off, I woke up sweating. This mattress will be going into the guest bedroom since nobody sleeps there. It was a very expensive mistake!

This was the bed my ex and I decided to purchase at the time and after a year and a half it was still the best bed I've ever slept on! So now I'm moving into my own place and what bed did I choose? Ghost bed.. can't go wrong with a mattress you fall in love with!

I have had the bed for several weeks now and it is amazing! Once I adapted after 15 yrs on the prior, I have not slept so good in years. In full disclosure I did a 1.5" Temper Pedic topper as the firmness when laying on my side affected my shoulders. I may have done better with the Luxe version, but I have no complaints at all. It feels like what you'd expect staying in a sweet at a 5 star Hotel. Truth be told it's hard to get out of bed some mornings it's so comfortable.

I got my bed a month ago and it has not disappointed so far. I was able to bring the bed into the house myself, but I'm not super strong so it was a little difficult and I don't really recommend it. Still, I managed to do it myself. I am a large woman with lots of curves and a side sleeper. My neck is also very hard to keep happy. If my pillow combo isn't "just right" I wake up with migraines or can't sleep at all. Now I use just one pillow for the first time ever because my body sinks into the bed just enough to let my head be level without extra pillows. This was a huge improvement for me. I also feel like my hips are no longer taking the brunt of weight while laying on my side. Prior to getting the GhostBed I was waking up around 3-4AM for no particular reason and waking up with a lot of stiffness and often pain. I'm a picky sleeper and can't sleep in new beds well so it took about two weeks for me to start sleeping better but I started waking with less pain within a few days. I would describe myself as the eternal zombie... always tired no matter what time of day. Since getting the GhostBed I actually wake up easier than I used to. I still wake up in the early morning sometimes which I hate, but overall it has been an improvement from my Sleep Number bed. Because of my eternal zombie state I was hoping that it would change my life overnight, as some other reviews have said. It didn't do that but gradually I am sleeping and feeling better. Also, I used my old box springs instead of buying the Ghost base. That was a mistake as I can feel my side of the bed leaning slightly to the outside of the bed. I plan to get the new base soon.

I was having a backache every morning sleeping on my previous mattress which was extra firm, so I wanted something that was a little softer but not one where I sink into it.. After reading several reviews ..ordered the Ghostbed and it has been perfect, I wake up now without any backache!
