The Ghostbed is awesome! its big and comfy. firm and soft all at the same time. and they way it keeps the bed temperate JUST right. its pretty impressive. ALSO the pillows are wonderful! must have! i'll probably be buying more of them. they have a great smell to them and it puts me to sleep like a baby. Thanks Ghostbed!

Love this bed, been sleeping on it for a month and it is fabulous. We had a difficult time getting the bed to ship as our billing address and shipping address were different (we were moving) so it delaying shipping the bed for a few days. Other then that we love it!

Downsized, needed a new matress. Tried competition...sorry, not for me, back pain day 1. 30 days later (because everyone says to give it at least 30 days) 28 days of back pain. Ordered Ghost matress, day 1, no more back issues. Thank You Ghost! Love it.

My husband and myself absolutely love this bed! We love how it's cool and how it forms to every curve of out bodies! The pillows are just as wonderful as the bed! They smell so goooood! Plus they are so super cooling! Even our dogs love the bed and the pillows. Now every night for bed my dog Nitro takes over my pillow and sleeps at the top of my head! We've got a classic queen-size Ghost bed and adjustable frame. It's fantastic, but other things not so much. The website is very hard to use. I know it's difficult to develop a website that works for phones, tablets and laptops equally well but the site really annoyed me almost to the point of not purchasing the product. You need to improve the website. The shipment tracking is very confusing in the email. The delivery came in four shipments and there were four tracking numbers but had no idea which tracking number belonged to what. The mattress arrived first and the frame arrived last 5 days later. Annoying! Now I hear they are offering delivery and set up! Where were you a month ago? We are a couple in our early 60s and it nearly finished us off to get the bed upstairs and set up. The video makes it look so simple but that is a Twin XL not a queen. The website stresses the quality of the product. Well wasn't impressed on opening the adjustable frame box. The fabric was covered with lots of pieces of wood chip. Two screws had been sheared off and the ends left buried in the board. One of the screw pieces was rolling around loose in the box. We have had our King Size Ghostbed and pillows for about 3 weeks now and completely love them. Both my wife and I have always woken up with sore backs and attributed that to our professions, until we started sleeping on our Ghostbed mattress. We both wake up pain free and feel completely rested. I am currently trying to convince my department to convert to Ghostbeds as we are looking to replace about 12 beds, that is how much I enjoy my restful sleep waking up without back pain. The ordering process and delivery process was super simple. The mattress arrived in a large box and the ghost pillows arrived in a separate box. Both arrived at the same time. Packaging was excellent and beautiful. Opening the boxes was lots of fun and watching the mattress take form was awesome. Sleeping is comfortable on this bed, but can get somewhat warm. No body aches or hard pressure is felt while sleeping and I can sleep in the same position all night. The only thing is that the cooling gel technology only keeps your body cool for so long and body heat may get trapped. Maybe light blankets should be used instead of medium comforters.
