We did research and decided to try the ghost bed. Boy did we choose the right bed. Easy to unpack and set up.one piece was damaged during shipping, wr contacted ghost bed and they sent a replacement. The bed is comfortable and we are sleeping great. No pain and nothing to complain about. Great choice all around.

Laying down, the bed feels fine, though it was taking me much longer to fall asleep. After 6+ hours, I have a sore back, and after 8 hours, I was waking up feeling as if my back and sides had been pummeled. But hey, I rarely have the opportunity to sleep for 8 hours. ;) Giving it another couple of weeks to test out. Most likely, I'll be returning the bed.

Got the mattress after years of a foam mattress that was too soft. The Ghost Bed mattress is awesome and has great support. I've had it for 2 weeks and my wife and I love it so much we hate getting out of bed in the AM. Great product, great price! It puts the more expensive showroom mattresses to shame.

I got exactly what I ordered delivered early (even in the Christmas rush). Super comfortable after an easy set up. I recommend you position the box near where the bed is going to stay, 'cuz it's heavy and doesn't transfer easily from one room to another without help. Would buy another one if I needed a new mattress.

I love this bed, and am sleeping better than I have in years - I credit the ability to elevate properly for better breathing, as well as the cool comfort of the mattress and pillow. But most importantly, I recommend this company mainly because of the prompt, professional, and appropriate response of the customer service team when I contacted them about a set up problem - these folks are truly outstanding. I RESEARCHED MY MATRESS PURCHASE THOROUGHLY. I READ REVIEWS ON DOZENS OF MATTRESSES AND ENDLESS YOU TUBE VIDEOS UNTIL FINALLY DECIDING ON THE GHOSTBED. NOT ONLY WAS IT THE BEST MATTRESS BUT IT WAS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE AND I AND COMPLETLY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. THE PILLOWS ARE AWESOME AND THE BED IS THE PERFECT COMFORT LEVEL. I HAVE ALREADY SUGGESTED THIS MATTRESS TO MANY OF MY COWORKERS AND COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PURCHASE

Based on the firmness rating we purchased the Ghost Bed thinking it was more to the firmer side. After sleeping on it for a few weeks it falls in the mid range of soft to firm 1 being soft 10 being firmest it is a 5. Everything associated with purchasing the bed was great. We received the bed the next day after ordering. We haven't had it 31 days yet but when that is met we will be sending the bed back. Hopefully the return will be as advertised as no hassles. This bed is a good bed it was just to soft for our comfort. The problem with these beds in a box you just don't know what firmness it will be since there is no standard scale and everybody is different. We went to various websites for testimonials all were different when it came to firmness. We have ordered another bed that is supposed to be firmer.

I like it said when you open it up it just starts getting bigger and bigger my wife is very happy with the bed no aches and pains when we get up in the morning I’m still having a little bit of problems but I’ll get used to it I really appreciate the bed I’m glad I bought it at full price thank you again goes there is a number one bed that I have seen yet

So my wife and I picked ghost bed because of the cooling technology and the firm support. So at first we thought the bed was way too hard and unforgiving. I contacted the Ghost Bed and they told me exactly what would happen and why this is. Sure enough two weeks later now only is it becoming softer and more forgiving but our bodies are forming to the mattress and accepting it. Before this bed I slept on a sunken hole that actually messed my back and neck up. After two weeks my back has been feeling much better and so has my neck. In terms of the cooling technology, it is there. I have slept on memory foam toppers and they all make m hot. This bed does not, but after said that, it is not perfect. After some "activity" the bed does not cool you down fast enough like a normal bed. This is fine but it means you have to have the fan on full blast until your body slowly returns to normal. But it will keep you cool at night and doesn't initiate the sweating. Overall the bed is quite nice. I would only imagine that the LUXE edition is flawless as they have a enough better cooling system and it is supposed have a bit more fluff. For the price you really can't get better. I would highly recommend.

When I lay down to go to sleep at night, I feel like I'm laying on a slab of concrete. I've been waiting for the night 21 "feeling rested and have a new kick in your step" or the 43 day "Going to bed is now the favorite part of your day" feeling. Every morning I wake up with a sore neck and back. I would really like to return this mattress soon.
