Ghostbed's mattress does what it says. I have a bad back & have difficulty with mattresses... too firm... too soft. This mattress offers enough suppport, yet it seems plenty soft. I have had the mattress for a month now, and can still smell the hint of whatever the plastic smell is; however, it's not super strong smelling anymore. Yes, I recommend this mattress although personally I am still curious about pure latex mattress products. Be aware if you order, the foundation is non-returnable as they advertise the mattress is. GB really should make that more clear. Bottom line... yes, I recommend the ghost bed.

My husband and I did not like how firm the mattress was. My 3 year old even said it was really hard. We called and were sent a topper to soften it but it didn’t make much of a difference. We definitely will be sending the mattress back after the 30 day trial.

I did a ton of research before deciding on giving the Ghost Bed a shot. You will not be disappointed. This is by far the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It is the perfect level of soft and firm. I have suffered from a shoulder injury for a few years and I have not woken up once with shoulder pain since we purchased the ghost bed. For the price, quality, and comfort, you won't find a better deal anywhere else!

Have been using this mattress for about two weeks now and so far have experienced much better sleep than with my 11 year old sleep number bed. Toughest part of the bed purchase was getting it upstairs to my bed platform. Might I suggest the shippers place inexpensive straps on the package to help your customers carry or move it. Thanks

We researched for weeks comparing different brands and options that would fit our sleep needs best. After doing several comparisons we settled on Ghostbed classic. Motion transfer isn’t bad and it does stay cool. HOWEVER, we’re a little over 30 nights into this new mattress and we already sink into each other, toss and turn all night and wake up feeling worse every day. We have added a 3 inch topper in the last week and for the last few nights I’m sleeping in my chair because the bed causes so much back pain.

We've got a classic queen-size Ghost bed and adjustable frame. It's fantastic, but other things not so much. The website is very hard to use. I know it's difficult to develop a website that works for phones, tablets and laptops equally well but the site really annoyed me almost to the point of not purchasing the product. You need to improve the website. The shipment tracking is very confusing in the email. The delivery came in four shipments and there were four tracking numbers but had no idea which tracking number belonged to what. The mattress arrived first and the frame arrived last 5 days later. Annoying! Now I hear they are offering delivery and set up! Where were you a month ago? We are a couple in our early 60s and it nearly finished us off to get the bed upstairs and set up. The video makes it look so simple but that is a Twin XL not a queen. The website stresses the quality of the product. Well wasn't impressed on opening the adjustable frame box. The fabric was covered with lots of pieces of wood chip. Two screws had been sheared off and the ends left buried in the board. One of the screw pieces was rolling around loose in the box. I bought this mattress as a gift for my mom, she has had the same mattress for over 20 yrs. It was time. After hearing all the wonderful reviews from numerous friends, and reading all the reviews online, I decided it was time to pull the trigger. The second we set up the mattress, I had to ask what she was doing with her face. She was holding back tears. She has a wonderful night of sleep that night. I will be buying one of these for myself, as soon as I can. This bed is so comfortable, and you do not wake up covered in sweat, like with most memory foam mattresses. She loves this mattress, and I think it is wonderful as well. The Lavender pillows are a nice perk as well!

With my research and with how the guys from Drinkin Bros ranted and raved about your products we decided to give it a go. And we love it! Along with the pillows, the bed is awesome. Love our Ghost Bed! Quick to receive it. Fast and easy to set up. Been the best and most restful sleep because of the mattresses comfort. Although it is a bit firm the mattress is pretty forgiving and just soft enough to be comfortable. I've had back problems for years and this mattress definitely allows me to sleep better than any spring mattress we've previously owned.

I received the gost bed and at first didn't know what to expect. I wanted a soft, but supportive mattress and this one is a winner. Ots supper comfortable and paired with the ghost pillows, I'm asleep in no time at all. I sleep soundly all night and wake up rested. I really like my Ghost bed.
