Seems hard at first but eventually you get use to it. We sleep all night long without moving or switching positions. The ghost pillows are great except for the smell. Still trying to get the lavender chamomile smell out of them. Too strong of an odor.

After spending 1,000 on a wool futon with springs, and 2, 500 on a sorta and countless toppers, box springs, etc. in between over four years, the ghostbed has given me a great night’s sleep for a month—the first that I’ve had in four years! It’s really a terrific bed. Great price. Easy delivery. Really can’t beat it. I’m very grateful. Took about three days sleep to ‘break in,’ but now every night is wonderful with it. Really, I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you.

This bed is awesome. It has been what seems like an eternity since I have woken up without back pain. I can say that after about a week sleeping on the Ghostbed my back pain is gone and my wife and I sleep excellently. I can't recommend the Ghostbed enough.

My husband really liked this bed, but he likes the firmer feel for a mattress. I, on the other hand, like to feel like I'm sleeping in the bed and not on it. This bed to me was as hard as a rock and I woke up stiff every morning. I also woke up sweating every night, but that it probably me, as I just sleep hot. My husband didn't have that problem. We ended putting our memory foam topper on the mattress, which made it more tolerable for me, but I wasn't looking for a bed we needed to add to to make it more comfortable for me. I was looking for something that I could sleep on without adding things to make it hotter. All in alll, if it were up to the hubby, he would have kept it, as he slept fine and said it was comfortable to him. But since there are two of us sharing the bed, we decided to look at other options. The return process so far has been simple, just waiting on the refund, so for that there's an extra star. If you like a firmer mattress, this is the one for you!

We enjoy our new mattress so much! Our backs are no longer sore in the morning. I don't get moved around when my husband rolls over, most times we don't even notice when one of us has gotten out of bed. I believe it has helped with my husband's snoring as well or it just may be that I am too sound asleep to hear him. Either way, it is a win! I really wish we would have purchased these sooner. We bought a Ghost Bed mattress after looking at several on line. This mattress had a good rating fron Consumer Reports. The mattress arrived as expected. We unboxed it, put it on the bed and cut the plastic and it started to expand. Pretty cool. Our first night on the bed we found the mattress is hard. If I sleep on my back it isn't too bad but I turned several times through the night and woke with sore shoulders. Not quite enough give to the mattress for me. We have added another mattress cover for a little more cushion and that helped but still hard. We will give it a couple more weeks before we decide whether to keep this mattresses. The pillows I like. The Ghost Mattress mattress protector is well made. The mattress is well made, just a bit on the firm side.

I purchased a ghost bed a month ago, and I tried it for 30 days but it didn't work for me. The mattress wasn't firm enough. When me and my wife were in the bed together she would roll into the middle of the bed. I talked with customer service on three different occasions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and mattresses in general but the memory foam mattress is not for me. So I have Habitat for Humanity coming to pick it up today. If you like memory foam mattresses this is a good company.

We are happy with the mattress! It's firm if u like that than it's good for you. It unfolded nicely from the box. I didn't get the spring box however and notice that it's smaller than my old mattress, so it is not as high as I am used too. And it gets hot, somehow I get hot with this mattress. But I have notice how much better my back and neck feel, I know I'm sleeping better just hot?!?! I even had to take off the mattress cover I got for it, way tooooo hot.

At first the bed seemed too hard but the longer I slept on it, the more comfortable it became. Now I cannot imagine sleeping on anything else! I have fallen asleep on regular mattresses reading books to my children and woke up in the middle of the night in pain. I went crawling back to my ghost bed to sleep the rest of my night away in bliss.

As a big guy with a wife that wanted memory foam I slept on the thin mattress she picked out and woke up with back pain daily. After hearing the Drinkin Bros praise this product I took a chance. The mattress is amazing and the pillow is phenomenal. I would recommend both to anyone.
