I slept on a waterbed for over 38 years and have back issues. I was concerned about how much I would sink into the ghost bed being that I weigh over 300 lbs. I don't sink in at all, the bed is firm but very comfortable. I have slept better in the last two weeks of getting my ghostbed than I have in years and years. I highly recommend the ghostbed for everybody it is the best purchase I have ever made.

We have had it for a couple of months and think the bed is great. I immediately had reduced back and hip pain. It took a little bit to get used to sleeping so much higher on the bed instead of sinking down. You may need to add another blanket if you are used to the bed enveloping you a little.

I could not wait to setup the new Ghostbed we ordered. It is an awesome mattress. I would rate it a 4 and a half but cannot because that is not an option. the only issue we are having is it tends to cause me to sweat some at night. I have been using a thick plush bath towel for now but have not found a solution yet. the biggest thing is we don't use our sleep number bed any more, i got tired of replacing worn out components and re-arranging the internal components every month to keep it working correctly. The last time I woke up in the morning pain free was 19 years ago before I joined the Marine Corps. I've been on leave and away from my GhostBed for 5 days sleeping on my old mattress and my back hurts and I can barely move in the morning. I'm ordering another one for our new house.

My first mattress purchase ever! A perfectly firm mattress with practically zero bounce. I feel so supported and have slept wonderfully. The unboxing was a breeze too. Hardest part was cutting open the thick plastic. But as soon as the mattress started expanding into life, all we had to do was lift and drop right onto the bed. Two people needed for sure, though, as there are no handles.

I read the reviews, spoke with a owner who loved his, however I’m not jumping for joy. To start the foundation was missing the cover, the pillows were on backorder, and not disclosed that was the case during ordering. It took a total of 2 weeks to get my complete bundle. I was sleeping on a couch for 2 months prior, I have been using my bed for almost 3 weeks and quite frankly the couch wins. I have made a point to sleep on bed every night and I have yet to wake up without back pain or feeling like someone kicked my ass all night. I hear there is a “break in” period so I’m giving it a chance.

So very pleased that we went with GhostBed. Besides the excellent customer service, we were instantly enjoying a full nights sleep. One of us is a side sleeper, the other a back sleeper & we both are extremely pleased. I only wished that we discovered GhostBed sooner. I will also mention that my worry of over-heating is unfounded! Perfect temperature along with being perfectly supported. YAY at long last :) In addition, the pillows and foundation are terrific, too :)
