It worked well killed the visible ones on contact and it's going on day 2 with no signs of return. Would definitely recommend especially since it's safe for use around kids and pets which is very important to me.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The STEM bug killer works good. It killed red ants, flies & spiders on contact. Black ants didn't like it but survived multiple sprayings. It smells like lemon with a little citronella. It's a nice pleasant smell. My cats didn't go by it once it was sprayed which was good. It was nice to use a spray around them & it doesn't hurt them.

Sometime we have flies by the back basement door, i sprayed this and they just flew away. I would get it again

I liked the product as soon as I picked it up on the shelf because it was nice to see a natural, non-toxic pest killer as opposed to all of the heavy chemical options normally available. I used the product two ways, and had mixed results. On ants actively roaming through my apartment (recent spread of ants, small but annoying), the product worked flawlessly and killed the critters nearly on contact. My hope was, however, that it would also work to prevent more ants from coming in through the crack where they were entering my unit, ie, similar to bait traps which eventually prevent/kill off the ant colony altogether. But a more general spray across the opening did not have any sort of preventative or long term effect. So, will do the job if you need an instant kill, but still recommend the old school bait traps if the goal is to kill off the whole colony and/or prevent more ants from coming in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smell isn't strong and the spray does work well at killing ants. It's advertised as being safe to use around animals and it did not cause any harm to my cat. I still try to spray and then wipe away the area though to be safe.

This is super important to my family as we use it in our home and I don't want my kids to get sick. It is really easy to spray in a direct specific area and worked great at killing the ants outside our patio door. Sprayed around the base of our home along the back to get rid of the ants and their home. Super excited to try this newer product and love all the benefits of it.

I'm very pleased with it. this is my second time purchasing this product and I will continue to purchase.

I wanted something that was safe to use around children as my porch is enclosed so I decided to try this Stem product. I sprayed it along the windowsills and feel that it works wonderfully, the flies have definitely decreased and the smell is not a chemical one but kind of citrusy smelling.
