there are several brands at a wide range of prices but, this is the only one i have found that fits better((the rest get all baggy) and does the job it is suppose to do. Also pretty.

It's comfortable. Needs to have more padding. I have a parilized Uncle. It just don't hold in the wetness. I time and we have to change the bed sheets and padding under him. They need to be thicker padding. Great fit and comfort.
