I have been wearing pads in the past they sometimes slip or don't go on just right. These are great. I only wish they weren't so pricey for someone on SS it is rough buying them weekly.

Basically comfortable. Absorbed 3.5 complete voids (~ 4+ cups) prior to leaking. Wore them under boxer briefs. Likely better for urine than fecal matter, but the latter not tested.
