I usually just use the pads but these Depend fresh protection Incontinence underwear for women changed my mind about using them. I didn't think they'd fit because I'm a plus sized woman who wears size 26 pants and they're sized XL but they actually DID fit. I would've selected a bigger size had it been available however XL fit quite nicely. The absorbency was on the high side so I'd definitely get a lighter absorbency but although the absorbency was high they weren't bulky/bulgy. The material is very flexible and feels very soft on my skin. They stayed in place and felt just like regularly underwear. They're not irritating and didn't dig into my skin. They also have a cute little floral pattern in the front. I most definitely would buy these when I run out. They give me a sense of security without having to worry about accidents while on the go or at bedtime. It very comfortable to wear, the material is soft and has just the right amount of stretch for a good fit, it absorb well, no leaking so i feel confident wearing it both while night and day.i like it doesn't irritate my skin. After childbirth I have heavy urine leaks when coughing, exercising, sneezing and overnight. These underwear helps me stay dry and clean. They are soft and comfortable on my skin. I have not experienced any rash or irritation even after wearing them overnight. I stayed comfortable through out the day and overnight. The material is so soft and breathable. The underwear is also very quite with no crinkly noise while doing daily activities. They do a great job in controlling odor and keeping me stay dry and fresh all day long. Ive tried it a couple times it works well. You feel dry all day. The thing that bothered me it was a little itch around the top layer. I have very sensitive skin because I breakout with everything under the skin. But overall it was great.
