[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the flu and was stuck in bed with a hacking cough, wearing this garment kept me from running to the bathroom every time I had to cough. It was comfortable and very absorbent.

We are using this product for our dad. I was looking for something that is more absorbent. He wets his pants with these. I thought maybe there was another option but this claims "maximum" absorbency.
