Absorption is descent, same as odor control. Overall, it's a great product. I will definitely keep purchasing it and can recommend it.

The Depend Flex fit undewear are a terrible fit for anyone without abig stomach and little to no butt! The front of the underwear comes all the way to the bottom side of my bra. Although they barely reach up to my waist in the back, the bottom of the legs in the back ride up at least 2 inches. I suppose this is the reason the entire leg area soon stretches out, (elastic totally fails), and the crotch area actually stretches out to beteern 16 to 18 inches, making them unwearable and litte to no protection. Not every woman has a big stonach and flat butt and we need a choice. The elastic desoerately needs to be locked at the beginning and the end when being sewn in place and the elastic needs to be sewn around te entire leg opening, which should prevent the elastic from slipping or stretching which leaves only the thin stretched paper/plastic fabric stretching out leaving the crotch area stretched to between 16 and 18 inches and providing little to no protection. The fit is snug but not restrictive, ensuring that they feel secure while still allowing for movement throughout the day. I have always wanted to try depends because of the cloth like feel, not like a plastic feel. I have always gone with other brands because the largest size hair is 2X. I have an inoperable tumor in my stomach which makes it quite large and a 2X is just all stretched out and tight when I put these on. I always put good incontinence pad in the pull up also because I have gotten this bad illness. I can’t even do that with the depends. I wish you would go up to a 3X for those of us with the need. I am not going by anybody else’s reviews that were negative because I know depends it’s a good brand and I know two people who are very happy with that, a man and a woman. Is there any chance you might be making these larger? I have the silhouette, and I don’t care anyway, shape, or form about designs or not like someone else did. I appreciate you trying to make them more than diapers. Now can you start putting dinosaurs or Mickey and Minnie mouse on the whole thing, we would have a problem. Ha ha Thanks

Best product, i started using these after my delivery and then used after a year when i started again with my periods. Ialeays had leakage issues with other pads but this underwear is life saving. Now i dont have to worry about leakage, or overflowing. I just love these. Definitely recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *Reason for first star removal: The first thing that I noticed about the Depends I received was the almost plastic like smell of them. It isn't very strong, but when you smell them you can definitely notice it. I highly doubt that anyone standing next to someone wearing them could smell it, but once I smelt it I could't stop. *Reason for second star removal: The pad portion is very wide and uncomfortable between my legs. It rubs and was causing me to get a bit of a rash because there was so much extra padding. The other part of the padding that I didn't like, was the pad extends very far up the back. I understand the reasoning for having coverage for when you sit, but it is a lot. *Reason for third star removal: The underwear cut further in on my butt cheeks then I would have liked. I found myself continually trying to pull them back in place, but they kept trying to creep in. Overall: The coverage is good and you really can't tell that you are wearing them under your clothes. They don't pinch in or hug too tight, so I know that I was wearing the correct size. At this point I would not purchase the underwear, but continue to wear pad incontinence products instead.

This is not just for incontinence. It’s for after surgery too. For short or long term. Does have odor control as well!
