I wear a size 16 and got the size Large which feels true to size and is comfortable around my waist and thighs. There is a size chart on the side of the packaging which is easy to understand and can find the correct size you need. The material is stretchy around the waist so it doesn't feel too tight or loose and doesn't lose it's shape while wearing. I like that it has a floral design in front so you know which way is facing front and back. The packaging is easy to open on the side with the pull of the tabs so you can grab one underwear at a time. The padding appears quilted as shown in one of my photos and it feels absorbent and extra layers of protection from leaks. I like that it is easy to change and dispose of and keeps me feeling fresh and it absorbs leaks and moisture without any accidents. The material is comfortable and can wear it under mostly any type of pants while being discreet. I highly recommend this brand for incontinence as it does a good job. This product is great compared to other brands with the same product. The sizing seems to be on par with regular underwear and does not squeeze at the legs. My mom did not have any issues with leaking but that could be different for others depending on how full your bladder gets. Overall a great product!

Unlike other incontinent underwear, it is very quiet and doesn’t give that plastic sound when you move. Take a tip from someone who sprinkles when they laugh, cough or sneeze. This underwear gives very good protection from leakage into your clothes. I highly recommend these depends for anyone who is incontinent.
