However, as I sit throughout the day, the inside lining of the diaper keeps tearing near the end. Well, its more like it just kind of opens, like it was poorly put together, and this means that the gel inside can escape, making a bit of a mess.

it is great for the day time, needs to be thicker for over night .make one just for nigh some older man drink coffee and water at night and fall asleep and things happen. think they need to make them for the night some people don t like to see the pad on the bed. shy

The leaks were fully contained, odor was minimal, and he said they were comfortable and not "sweaty". These did not cause any chafing, stretched with his movement, and stayed on very well. The inner lining absorbed and quickly crystallized the liquid, preventing any spillover, even with a full bladder evacuation. Just for fun, I put a pair on and wore them for a day. Because of the soft and stretchy material, you could not tell I was wearing a leak protection product. Very discreet, for those that are out and about.

Both said they were comfortable, but they did absorb too well. They had accidents and went straight through. It's like their paper thin. Never smelled any odor, but they did leak through, and there was no absorption to where they didn't leak. In honesty, they are not very good.

I suffer a complete and total loss of bladder control and both products work well for that. I just prefer the fit of the Real Fit better. I just wish I didn't have to take my shoes and pants off to change. Especially in a public restroom. It's not only embarrassing but disgusting to have to do this in a public space. I wish you had a product that could be easily changed in a public stall without having to remove my clothes. And one that's not a bulky diaper. I've used those before and they are so cumbersome to work with I'd rather just keep on a wet brief.

I recommend using this product when prepping for a colonoscopy procedure and/or when you're going through a bout of having the "runs" and you just can not get to the bathroom fast enough. Also there are no leaks so it's sealed very neatly. After a few moments I completely forgot I was wearing it. Super affordable I must say so no damage to the budget. I didn't get any rashes after use so that was a HUGE plus. I highly recommend this one guys. Perfect to wear for post-op surgeries and they do give a generous amount of amount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] they did not fit,, the waste band fit proper,, but i dont have a backside (aka butt),, that gave a lot of sagging, and bunched up in between legs,, very uncomfortable.. felt like a bulky diaper,, but they were very absorbent,, thats a plus,,,
