I was very surprised with the gentle but just tight enough fit, completely comfortable and invisible under normal clothes. I found the absorbency to be very impressive over the ensuing months as I went from continuously leaking to sometimes letting go a full bladder into the Depend pullup - and it would hold it all until I could get to a place to change it.
