They are easy to rip on the sides to remove in a hurry but do not tear when putting them on. Through out the night it kept the bed dry and the skin without any break down, blisters or indents to the skin. Easy to put on, pull up and go. This product will make many peoples life easier.

I actually let my grandfather try this product and inform me of his thoughts to post, good and bad, since I am female and he is obviously male and 85 years old. It was the perfect product for him to try because the current product he uses for his male incontinence, he has been having some leakage issues with in the past few months or so. He has been using these new Depend Fit Flex Underwear for Men now for about one week since #HomeTesterClub sent them to me/my grandfather to try and review and says he has had zero leakage and actually prefers these full protection Depends underwear instead of his, previously preferred, mens' incontinence Depend Pads. Something she could feel confident about and take care of on her own as well as something I could help her with on her bad days. These are so easy to pack in a purse or bag and totally discrete. Pads where not always long, these worked perfectly no matter what position she was in. The waist band is wide and stretchy, she said it was very comfortable. These never slipped out of place, or bunched up. She could wear them with pants or skirts without worry about how it looked. Unlike the ones given to her at the hospital, they do NOT look like giant diapers and do not have that plastic rustling sound when you walk. They gave her back her confidence.

I have used Depends over the past 3 years and have been pleased for the most part. However, the Confidence Core pulls away from the inside lining near the inside leg. This lead s to leakage during the nigh with the core in the center but not giving protection needed.
