They were comfortable and supra singly after a short adjust time I didn't really notice I was wearing them. I do feel they are a reliable way to help with incontinence problems. The sample lasted about 3 days whereas the new underwear disintegrated in less than 8 hours. This is poor value. I do not use the underwear for incontinence problems but because I have serious scar tissue on my behind in the crack and hoped the garment would cushion the pain of sitting or lying down. They started to do this successfully until they fell apart a few hours later.
