Both said they were comfortable, but they did absorb too well. They had accidents and went straight through. It's like their paper thin. My 65 yr old husband is bed ridden and can no longer use an urinal effectively, so I thought he could try these. Firstly, they were not long enough from the crotch to the back waist, so he looked like a plummer. He has not butt, so I do not understand what the problem was. I thought they may have been backwards, but the fit was the same either way: bulky in front and low rider in the rear. His waist is about 35" so I bought the SM size I think he'll need the kind with more adjustability and tapes.
