The only downside is that when I was out in the hot weather the waistband area seemed to make the area sweat and damp. The urinary area was fine and seemed to work with my issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sizing claim is ridiculous! These pants JUST fit me and are even snug in the hip and thigh area. I stretched out a pair to the max where they would be totally unwearable and measured them. If you are more full figured than I am, I can’t imagine you could even pull these on, and they leaked inside of the leg/groin area. They also stretch out. Not worth purchasing unless they fix the problems with the design IMO I was very disappointed.

The large extra large size fits well and are very comfortable. They contain leakage very well. My problem with the Depend product is that the top seam in the back holding the cotton within the Depends comes loose and the cotton drops all over the floor when the Depends are lowered. Other than that one fault they an excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend Fit Flex underwear has good absorbency. My husband wears it at night due to back injury and we got size M its perfect fit for waist 34”. But rarely it leaks at night. Overall its very comfortable and soft. Also good absorbency but can be improved. I think a size up L would be much better. We will buy this again in a bigger size.

They are absorbent and don’t leave any smell. They are comfortable and fit perfectly and discreetly under clothing! No one loves wearing these but if you need to these are the ones! They fix all your problems and no one will ever know

I like this product bc the waste band feels more secure than others but I do a lot of walking and the material comes apart inside like a baby’s diaper. I also have tried always discreet products and I like the way that one is made on the inside but the wasteband doesn’t fit like depends. If I could find a product made like always discreet with a wasteband of depends fit flex I would buy that product.

Although, they are not cotton underwear, when needing comfort and wetness protection, they promote confidence. They are easy to slip on, and stretch for a better fit. These were not bulky to me, and were comfortable to wear.
