Had my entire colon removed (complete colectomy) with a J-Pouch in lieu of an ileostomy bag. This sometimes results in uncontrolled diiarrhea or leakage. This product has me living my life without fear of accidents in sporty or dressy clothes. It may be primarily designed for bladder leakage, but it works for me just as excellently for my condition.

I have even tried other Depends underwear and so far I think Fit-Flex is the best. The fit with the medium size was very comfortable. It didn't feel binding or restrictive. It was very natural feeling. You really could not tell that you were wearing a disposable non fabric pair of underwear. Many times, when wearing a product for your urinary incontinence, you're constantly worried about leakage, odor, and bulkiness of the product showing through your clothing. Depend Fit-Flex put all of these concerns to rest. The design and fit of the underwear prevented any type of leakage while at the same time leaving you feeling dry and comfortable. There was absolutely no cause for concern regarding odor which can be very embarrassing. The design of Depend Fit-Flex is very natural and form fitting. So, not matter what you wear, you feel confident that there won't be any bumps and bulkiness.

I don't 'NEED' to wear these all the time and everywhere I go, but as for Work!, that's a different story. With that being said, I'll gladly recommend these to anyone who needs a little bit extra "protection". I've tried other brands, store knock-offs, and other designs, but as for these?.....they're the best design, fit, and feel overall. Even the cost isn't horrible. It's not 'great', but 'not' horrible either. These have a nice stretchable waist to fit many body shapes, or if you're just not 'in' shape, but these will hug your body and flex with you. Trust me, I've tested this, willingly or not...lol.

The absorbency and water retention is exactly what this type of product should have. Great for all ages for average to tall men.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus far, the active flex fit product has held up well to my XLG frame and sweat in the Florida heat. Previously I had problems with sweat not being absorbed in my upper area but this is working out great. I walk 6-6.5 miles daily; work out at the gym and have boxing workouts daily - so sweat is a big concern when it comes to my lower extremity. Can't wait to see how well it continues to perform throughout the Summer months.

They are ment to replace traditional underwear and if the size is correct, they do. They are durable, comfortable and don’t rip or tear easily. These underwear not only collect a full bladder, they offer complete odor control. However, they are extremely costly.
