Depends flex underwear molds to the body better than any I have tried for my husband since he suffered a brain hemorrhage 4 1/2 years ago. They are the only ones that mold to the body for a more natural feel, therefore no leakage or sagging. I don't understand why other brands have the high leg cut, that causes leaks and does not stay with the body as it moves. I have received other brands free from the Hospice service my husband has, and I have returned them. The Depends absorption is excellent, no ballooning and the skin is protected from the moisture. The only issue I have with the underwear is the padding does not go up high enough in the back. The front padding is higher than required, the back needs to be higher. I even tried putting them on backwards, but they are not comfortable that way. When a person is not walking around and in sitting/laying position most of the time, the lower back padding leaks. To me this adjustment would make them perfect. He wears a small/medium size.

From the first time mom put these on over a year ago (now 90 years old) she has loved them. Even shows them to her caregiver that comes in. It was a real blessing not to have to struggle with finding a product she would use for her incontinence. Both urine and solid. Yesterday she claims that she peed a second time bceause it felt so good .. and her bed stayed dry. A great, comfortable product for her and easy cleanup for me. Highly recommend it.

He is autistic and has accidents frequently, and these seem to work very well for him. These hold up great and keeps wetness away from the skin which is fantastic. These are very soft, stretchy, and comfortable! I got the small/medium size, my son is around 110 pounds and they fit him perfectly. These are a very good brand to look into if you or anyone in your family struggles with incontinence or bladder leakage.

These things are really absorbent and good for car and airplane rides. They also fit really well and with the odor protection it helps keep odors under control!

I recently had a hemorrhoid operation and needed something for leakage. I grabbed the first thing for men I saw which was the Depend Fit-Flex. After using them once I saw the coverage was bad, so I turned them around. They work great for absorbency but are a little uncomfortable in the leg fit and I feel like I'm sitting on a log. A Depend Fit-Flex for light days would be better. I would recommend Depend Fit-Flex for problems like mine but wish I could find something specific for "bottom" protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wearing these Depend brand underwear diapers is extremely uncomfortable in the summer heat. The paper fabric is not breathable. Itchy sweaty and the extreme desire to remove them makes me not like this product at all. This product is ugly. Nicer colors could be used instead of the clay hue going on. It's very unpleasant.
