They are discreet, fit nicely without being too bulky and help keep the odor at bay. They are breathable just like regular underwear and will be comfortable to wear under jeans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dont even come close to protecting anyone probably 1/4 way thru the first use and it will leak bad and when you go to change them the material holding the gel in is so poorly constructed that the gel falls out and makes a mess all these diaper companies also need to stop pushing this discreet diaper junk onto us we dont need thinner more discreet diapers we need thicker ones that work and we can get thru medicaid for our incontinence and not this junk or any like it that ends up leaking before a first full use is done we dont want wet pants id take a thick heavy crinkly diaper over this war crime you call a diaper!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend Fit-Flex Underwear for Women fit very well. They were snug against my body, which helped to prevent leaks. They were easy to move in and didn't tear or bunch up. The only thing I didn't like was that they did not pull wetness away from the body. I actually felt wet for quite some time, which was uncomfortable.

Packaging was good. The smell doesn’t completely go away but it does control it for majority of it and also has a long lasting smell control. Would recommend.

The Depend for Men Underwear are very comfortable on me and offer decent protection. I have found the Real Fit Underwear to be slightly more comfortable as these are a little loose on me compared to those. I am a fairly average 25 year old but I feel like I am at the bottom of the size range. These are not quite as discreet as they do not look as real as the Real Fit. I tend to buy these though as they are usually much cheaper. For me they have the same limitation though, they tend to leak around the legs especially if I have an accident while sitting down. They could use additional leakage protection as it can be embarrassing to have the tell tale wet spots on the seat of your pants and on the chair you are sitting on if you have an accident. On the positive side they are usually much easier to conceal and clean up than if I had not been wearing these at all. Despite these limitations I would say try them. They may work for you, they are comfortable and reasonably discreet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it to my grandpa as he needed it, he says it Fits good, it’s great for odor control, durable and absorbs well. Only thing is it doesn’t feel the best in comfort, otherwise, it gets the job done perfectly.

The product does not cover my back side; I am a guy with a 52 waist. With every step it feels like I am about to lose the underwear-my pants stop them from falling On the other hand the underwear does absorb! No question about it! The design however needs to be modified so that the back goes over a nan’s hip for a comfortable fit.
