These were tried by a family member who needs this type of underwear and were classed as very good. They held the urine very well without any leaks thanks to stretchy sides. It provided great odour control and comfort. They are true to the size and a good value for money, just not very nice looking.

He is now able to go and not have to worry about leakage. They are comfortable for him I only wish that we had stock in the company, but the coupons that I am able to print off of the web site do help. They are a very good product and they seem to hold better than some of the other brands that we have tried. We will keep using these because with them he is able to resume his normal activities. This is the first time I have ever attempted to use this product. And the last. I went by the sizing information on the side of the package. According to the measurements listed, my size is S/M. I have a 38 in. waist and weigh 167lbs. Both of these measurements fall roughly in the middle the of description for S/M. Went I put a pair on...I could barely get them over my hips. Once on, they were so tight that i could barely sit down. I took them off after only a few minutes. I will never attempt to wear this product again.
