[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a mom of three and have struggled with urinary incontinence since my last birth (SPAR). I tried DEPEND with high hopes, but it’s a no for me. It does absorb well, but it looks bulky and obvious under clothes — especially leggings or dresses. It looks and feels like a diaper. It defeats the purpose if I have to choose between protection or confidence. We need both. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone looking for discreet protection.

I found that the product fit more comfortably and i felt better wearing the product as underwear. The product before was snugged and fit very uncomfortable.I would purchase the XL based on pure comfort.

They keep me feeling dry, even after they have  been worn for several hours. These disposable underwear are discrete, thin, smooth, comfortable, and no one else can tell that I am wearing them. The odor neutralizing technology works just as advertised and there is no urine smell, even after a few hours of wear. I even gave some to my friends for use at concerts or other public events where bathrooms are scarce. My friends also spoke very highly of this product.  I am so thankful to Influenster for allowing me to try these disposable underwear in exchange for my honest review.

This it's a great product! I use these along with the real fit underwear. I wear them at night and around the house. They will hold any accident that I may have. They do make a small amount of noise under your clothing so that it's why I use real fit at work and such. I have been really impressed by them and hope you all keep up the good work. No other company comes close to what you have to offer men with incontinence issues. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Incontinence Underwear are so breathable & light which make them super comfortable to wear. The measurements are accurate to size. Has great padding so you never have to worry about any odor. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were almost perfect. They really do fit like a panties. Albeit, bulky panties, but panties nonetheless. I was skeptical of a large fitting sizes 10-18 but they did. An XL would’ve been way too big. They aren’t noticeable under clothes but you can’t wear them with leggings or anything tight light that. For one, they’re pink, for two, they’re just way too bulky for that. They do a great job with absorbency and leaks. The problem for me was sitting in them. When I sat they kind of pinched my thighs which was uncomfortable. So if you’re a thick thigh girlie you can expect to have the same issue.
