Pretty snug and actually hold quite a lot, too. What i like the most is that it is good for the odor very well when compared to others. It's soft and very comfortable, like wearing brief.

These are so good to wear when traveling far and instead of using a restroom you can wear these and urinate. They also are a good size and fit well for me, are also very comfortable, and they absorb a lot of contents. I will be giving my dad some so he can use since he had a urine problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the product. Tried several sizes to get best fit but still the top BACK of panty RIPPED. I WAS UPSET THAT THEY RIPPED! There needs to be a reinforced panel around the waist so it won't rip. I don't wear fake nails or long and raggedy edges. COMFORT IS KEY! Not ripping is MANDATORY!

Bought the L/XL size for my husband based on the fact it would fit up to a 64 in waist. He's a 42 but thought these would do. What the package (30 of these ) fails to mention is that the hip size does not allow for the brief to fix securely. It hangs down between his leg and does not cover his backside. They kept falling down when he was doing his physical therapy which hampered his day and he felt embarrassed. Waste of my money. Would not recommend these to any man who is at the top end of the weight limit.

I will make a point of finding the Flex Fit. They captured all of the urine and kept me dry, They also do not have a purfumey scent that makes me gag. These won on every count.

I experienced fast absorbency without leakage! They are basically just like an unusual pair of underwear like material! I wouldn't say fabric, but they were comfortable & easy to put on & pull off! I am a size 36 waist jean, and these were my perfect fit! And if you're looking for size it comes in very readable & understandable packaging! Highly recommend for problematic leaking and dribbling! I can now rest a little easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Underwear Maximim Absorbency underwear was comfortable, fit well under my scrubs and gave me reassurance that I had protection from urinary leakage while at work. It is difficult to get a restroom break while working ICU. I work 12 hour shifts, throughout the 12 hours the underwear created no chafing or skin irritation. Sometimes while lifting a patient I may experience urinary leakage and this underwear worked extremely well wicking moisture from my body. I will purchase this product in the future.
