I generally will not wear any light colored trousers....but with the underwear I wore a beige pair....felt great and had confidence I was well protected. I have been using this product for well over a year and it seems in the last couple of months it has been getting worse, the glue that holds the pade in lets go in the front after a couple of hours, there has been more than once that I have not paid attention and not pulled the pad up so as to cradle my genital to the point that I ended up soaking wet, talk about enbarising especially that I am out on the golf course. I need to find something that gives me more protection.

My father in law lives with us and he has incontinence issues. The diapers were extremely absorbent and really gave him a sense of dignity. It didn't feel like a diaper but rather like underwear. I highly recommend this for men who may feel a sense of embarrassment around the term "diaper".

That being said, I only peed a bit in mine .Since we are in a heatwave, it's hard to speak to how "breatheable" they actually are.
