They allowed me to still go do my daily activities I highly recommend these if u have certain medical conditions that may prohibit you from going in public.

They're super absorbent and can hold quite a bit of moisture in those unexpected moments. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from @influenster and @depend for my honest review. I'm so glad they are available. The L.XL. are a little tight and the XXL fit much better. The downside is that they are not available anywhere. The price is good I guess. I also wish they would make them in this size but without the heavy padding in the front. I use these for bowel irregularities and often wear them backwards because they are uncomfortable with so much padding where I don't need it. Of course they are made with a lot of material in the back to cover the butt but when worn backwards they no longer have that material in the correct area. When worn backwards they are great for increased excretion and keep my sheets dry.
