Pro: The leg openings are like regular panties, the material is colorful and the pad is absorbent. Cons: I received a size medium and although I am a small framed woman I found the product to be too tight especially in the waistband. This is a personal issue that has plagued me throughout my life affecting my stomach and pelvic area so other women might not have this problem. Thank you for the testing opportunity.

There needs to be a reinforced panel around the waist so it won't rip. I don't wear fake nails or long and raggedy edges. COMFORT IS KEY! Not ripping is MANDATORY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men (Large) for a few days now, and overall I’m satisfied with the product. The absorbency is excellent — it handles leaks well, giving me confidence throughout the day and even overnight. The odor control is also impressive, and I appreciate that they’re discreet under my clothes. That said, I did notice some comfortability issues. While the fit is generally secure, the waistband and leg openings can feel a bit tight, especially after wearing them for several hours. I’m within the size range (35-43” waist), but I feel like the elastic could be just a bit gentler to reduce irritation or digging in. The material is soft enough, but the snugness slightly detracts from the overall comfort. If Depend could improve the stretch or softness of the waistband, this would easily be a 5-star product. For now, it’s a reliable choice for protection — just be aware that it might feel a little snug if you’re on the higher end of the size range.
