After my radical prostatectomy I wore the night defense for a few weeks then switched to these. These feel somewhat like regular underwear. The maximum keeps me dry all day and If I feel unsecure I will wear a new pair to bed. They fit well, not too bulky and give me a sense of security when I go to the gym, ride my bike or play drum at my church. The are very discreet the dont bunch up so you can wear them under any type of outfit. The cost is good and the prouct is a truly justifed exspense hilghy recommend this product.

Very comfortable, felt natural, and kept me feeling dry and safe all day! I have occasional bladder leaks, along with ulcerative colitis, which causes very embarassing accidents at the most inconvenient times. With Depends, I can wear a pair and carry an extra in my purse in case my colitis is really bad that day and I need to change. These are really great, both men's and women's (I tried both) and perfect to keep you free from worry about accidents when out shopping or visiting friends/family.

THERE WERE NO CONVENIENT STORES OR FILLING STATIONS OR EVEN RESTAURANTS ANY WHERE IN SITE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I COULDN'T HOLD IT ANY LONGER AND MY BLADDER WAS FULL. I ALWAYS CARRY CLEAN CHANGES OF CLOTHING WITH ME IN CASE OF ACCIDENTS AND AN EXTRA DEPENDS.
