I am a 69 year old man. I just had prostate surgery in December. Soon after the surgery I started leaking. Then it got a bit worse. So Depends was recommended. My first thought was oh no I cannot wear a diaper. However, I headed out to look. I was so happy to find the Flex Fit style. At this point I am going thru 4 pairs a day. I love them and so happy it is not a diaper. My only concern is if I must continue wearing them for a great period of time, they do get a bit expensive on a very fixed income. I also appreciate the “seamless” waist so it doesn’t cause lumping and bumping. The pad area is definitely wide but allows for more absorption. The seams don’t irritate too terribly much - but you do get used to the sensation. The small fit me well as a size 6-8.

They're affordable in some places more than others. They're comfortable and are just like wearing underwear. They need to be changed regularly to keep your skin dry, but they will hold a good amount of liquid until you can change them. The underwear is good at keeping odor down with a gel the liquid will turn into to help keep urine away from the sides. They have many different sizes for all body types. It absorbs 25 times its weight it says on the packaging. I had no problem with them. They're good protection for incontinence.

I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous to try these. These do look more like a diaper than underwear and still puff out in the crotch area when wet.
