With the occasional usage were found to be quite absorbent. This was important as changing right away was not an option sometimes. Keeping moisture away was obviously very important. These should be made with a lot thicker pading. My husband has no control over his bladder. So everything gets wet. Changing bedding everyday. They do not hold enough urine except for a couple of hours. If they made them absorb alot more they would be great.
