He’s getting older, and while he’s still active, he’s had a few issues with incontinence. At first, he was hesitant—he’s a proud guy and didn’t like the idea of wearing anything but his usual boxers. It is thin and not bulky;however, I am still getting used to the fit, as I feel the side lining gets on the way. I know the side lining barrier prevents leakage but I think it feels better when wearing pants instead of dress/skirt for better comfort. It is a great product in terms of results and efficacy
