They are ment to replace traditional underwear and if the size is correct, they do. They are durable, comfortable and don’t rip or tear easily. These underwear not only collect a full bladder, they offer complete odor control. However, they are extremely costly.

The waistband helps keep them from riding down during the day which is great since I work and am active so I need them to stay where they are. They help me be able to stay active and not worry about having an embarrassing accident so I am happy with these Depend FIT-FLEX Underwear and would definitely recommend them if you have incontinence issues. It is extremely comfortable and durable. It doesn’t leave behind any odor after long day wearing it. I must say I am impressed with this brand and its high quality products.

Basically your products are fine during the day but at night it seems that the large leg opening leads to leaking. We have tried using two diapers at night - a regular one and a maximum one but there is still leakage. It is great that you now have a dedicated small size but my mother is quite small and even these are a bit too large.

These dont even come close to protecting anyone probably 1/4 way thru the first use and it will leak bad and when you go to change them the material holding the gel in is so poorly constructed that the gel falls out and makes a mess all these diaper companies also need to stop pushing this discreet diaper junk onto us we dont need thinner more discreet diapers we need thicker ones that work and we can get thru medicaid for our incontinence and not this junk or any like it that ends up leaking before a first full use is done we dont want wet pants id take a thick heavy crinkly diaper over this war crime you call a diaper
