Never tried these before, have always used pads. They are attractive and not covered in plastic, which is noisy and probably unbearably hot in the summer. However, the size is a little "off." I wore one at bedtime for 5 hours. It fit ok when I put it on, but when I got up, it was hanging so low on my thighs that I had to pull it up to right under my bust! It was only damp, which was fortunate because it doesn't seem these will hold much liquid - too thin. I sat down, and the entire panty separated, leaving the bottom half on the floor when I stood up, and the top half still on my body. Thankfully, I was home alone. Now I'm stuck with a package of new panties, and out $12.

They fit better, stand up to all day wearing without gapping or leakage, and are “quieter” and more discreet. They do not chafe or irritate the skin. If you need this type of product this is the brand you want. If you are in need of absorbent products, I recommend Depends products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to prostate surgery several years ago I have had to wear incontinence underwear when I know that restroom stops will be few and far between (such a trips by car). In the past it was a problem. I tried the underwear and the Guards. The guards are bulky and slide around and the underwear was not much fun. Mostly they just didn't fit right. When I tried the Fit-Flex I was pleased and surprised. Seems like they found everything people DID NOT like about what was on the market and changed everyone of the minuses to plusses. I am very happy. They are soft, which helps when you wear them for a long time, they fit snug where they should and have a low rise front rather than a waist band that almost hit your neck. The absorbency is strong and it keeps me dry during leakage periods. It’s super comfortable and durable! I also noticed that odor has been significantly less since wearing these underwear. I'm 29" waist size and then I tried it on and then I forgot about it when I was wearing them. They fit and feel comfortable as my regular underwear. Just I don't like the color and their prints, but they handle nicely the urine, bad odors and even sweating while I'm performing athletic activities. Please make them in different colors too.
