[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This underwear absorbs so much liquid that it barely leaks, I wish it would hold just a little hit more so that there would be no leakage but this does the job. Whenever I put these on I feel super snug and relaxed. I would give these a 10/10 for comfort, it also helps that it’s spandex. Then the Odor control is very good as well, I wouldn’t even know I peed my self if I couldn’t feel it. Finally it seems like these underwear’s could last a while and won’t get ruined easily.

The product seems designed for "no butt" male models, not for guys with average bottoms. The rear fabric is so tight that stool always contacts the very top of the pad or even the waistband - very difficult to keep clean. BTW I've tried Large (allegedly for 40 inch waist, hah) and XL sizes. The labeling mentions nothing about recommended incontinence use - bladder or bowel.

The men's briefs by the KC Depends brand is a proven way to deal with most all levels of incontinence. The fit is very good, the protection level is perhaps the best in the market place today and any man who has a problem dealing with incontinence should try them. I wouldn't think of spending a day without them. Travel is a bit easier, the chances of being totally embarrassed are nil and changing away from home can be handled with the least amount of disruption to daily activity.

They do absorb well, but where the liner attaches to the back of the flex fabric, it comes apart and when you remove them at the end of the day, the cotton liner falls out into the floor. Have to get the broom and sweep it up. Also the cotton liner during the day separates. Am not satisfied with the product. Spent more money for them hoping they would be better. I will go back to buying the lesser expensive ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a bit younger than most of their consumers, however I use these on a regular basis, especially when I am having a heavier period. I really like the fit and feel. I feel completely protected when I wear these. They are a little bulkier than others (not by much) but I really dont mind. Oh and they don't irritate my skin at all. I've tried other brands on the past that did irritate my skin.

Before the design was changed I found Fit-Flex underwear for men the best product in its class. The new comfortable fit product has been an absolute disaster for me. The padding is insufficiently absorbent and the seal around the legs fails to contain even minor urinary dribbling resulting in damage to clothing and furniture upholstery. I wish you could go back to the old design.

The Fit-Flex underwear are very comfortable and moves well with me in waking and sleep. I had no opportunity to test the absorbency, fortunately for me, but not so much for this review, but I would expect great quality since that is what Depend provides on a consistent basis. I love the color and little design, too.

When I asked him how they worked out for him, he said they fit well and can hold a lot of urine lol. We did not smell and odor on him so it appears the odor control was on point with these as well.
