The waistband is really wide, but it makes it easier for him to grip himself to pull them on/off. They claim to absorb 25x the weight in liquid but if it would ever get that heavy the liner would definitely slide! So I would say 4 stars for comfort the waist band stretches and the bottoms are soft. They definitely do as advertised and absorb very well as well and take away from the odor. They are also durable enough to get through a full day of work. As I work in a factory and can’t always get bathroom breaks right when I need them.
