Many times, when wearing a product for your urinary incontinence, you're constantly worried about leakage, odor, and bulkiness of the product showing through your clothing. The second day, it poured down rain. It got a little soggy, but still held up. I would definitely recommend these. They did not make me sweat either. I've heard in the past they make people sweat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad to see that the tearing problem has been fixed and that the glue that holds in the pad stays glued better. On a hot day though, the glue does tend to disattach from the panty and sticks to the skin--ouch. I wish the material was more soft without having a paper feel to it. The fit is good and the protection is very good--no leaks.
