It is difficult to get a restroom break while working ICU. I work 12 hour shifts, throughout the 12 hours the underwear created no chafing or skin irritation. Sometimes while lifting a patient I may experience urinary leakage and this underwear worked extremely well wicking moisture from my body. I will purchase this product in the future. The downside is that they feel like wearing a diaper, shift when getting into or out of a vehicle, and they make a noise when you're moving (sounds similar to a baby wearing an older plastic type diaper.)

The pad was extra long on both ends, so there was good coverage against leaks even when laying down. I liked the except at the legs, which are cut very high. I suppose these is to make it look smooth under tight clothing, but because the cut was higher then I am used to, I felt uncomfortable. It would take me some getting use to, but they are comfortable over all. I felt lie the pad did not keep me dry, but no leaks occurred. I would use for bedtime use only until I got use to the style. Otherwise I thought they were well designed.
