He has hip surgery and was having trouble using the rest room since he was immobile and a urinal wasn't the easiest for him. These saved the day, they were super absorbent and controlled the odor associated with their use. They were unfortunately a little big in the size I received due to my father-in-law losing weight but they still worked. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I unfortunately don’t need these YET, but I did try it on without using it FYI wanna make myself clear it’s not that bad when it comes to it being comfortable. I don’t think they’re more like underwear though, but we’re getting somewhere I would assume that it’s going to be great for odor control and will absorb the liquid like a normal diaper would. Obviously it’s going to be breathable slightly still more diaper Ish but this would be great for somebody that will actually need them.

I found the sizing to be really off. My mother is 4' 9" and 135 lbs. Your pricing is better than the medical type companies that sell these thank goodness. As for the night defense, well they are not. I have to use a thick pad along with the underwear. So therefore costing a lot more, but they are great for daytime.

As someone who experiences post partum bladder leaks, these are a readily available option. These are soft, discreet, and absorb well for daily leaks. The absorbent gel locks in moisture and neutralizes odor, offering reliable protection throughout the day. They feel more like real underwear than I expected. The downsides: I found sizing runs small in XL. They were a little tight fitting, and some tore at the seams.
