I have tried many other brands and they worked ok when I only experienced small leakage however once my situation worsen they couldn't handle it. Only with this product do I have the confidence to go out in public again. The only suggestion I have is regarding sizing. The xlarge fit me best in length but they are too big and bulky to wear under fitted pants. I wear the large because they fit the best against my body with no extra bulk but they don't come up to my waist but right below.

The absorbency was surprising, as they were able to hold in about two cups of liquid. Even with two cups of liquid, the underwear held up well and did not fall apart. I suffer from urinary leakage and a very weak bladder and have to wear pads and liners daily. They don't do the job. These are great for absorbency but still the feeling of wearing a "diaper" not discreet enough or comfortable for me to wear under clothing and not be concerned with others noticing. Wish they could be really discreet and like regular underwear rather than feeling like you're in pull ups 😳😳 the size of them, even in a small is just still an awkward feeling to wear at 38. Would like something more comfortable and sleek
