Would not recommend as it was very lightweight and it said it absorbs 30 pounds its weight which is not correct because it ripped after the first try. It was good for the accidental leakage when moving around and walking. It was was ok when moving around. It was just ok but not the best.

They are very secure and have no package issues with small-medium amounts of liquid. They are very durable and don’t fall apart easily like some brands. I only wore them a couple of times because I could not stand the binding between my legs and it looked horrible under dress pants or a skirt, or a pair of jeans. You could tell that I was wearing a pull on diaper. . As far as leakage, I didn’t have any leakage, but I’d like I said, I only wore them a couple of times.

They aren't glamorous by any means, but they have come a long way! These are the thinnest underwear at this absorbency point. It's convenient for travel and they fold up pretty slim. The quilting is not just for design but for additional pockets of absorbency. I liked that these don't clump when wet- done other brands have filler that bunches when wet. This seems to stay stitched in place and didn't leak! I have been using these since my kids were born, for postpartum bleeding and now for bladder incontinence. I like them for workouts, especially running and the elliptical. Circuit training and jumping jacks would make me leak before and thin pantiliners weren't cutting it anymore. This was thin enough to wear with my joggers and not be noticed.
