These fit him great, and you can hardly tell there is anything on inder his pants. We were using the washable incontinence pads, but these have saved us from some extra washing! As long as you kind of push the middle sides to catch everything, there is no leakage, and there is no odor!! Will be keeping these on hand!!

It does absorb well, but it looks bulky and obvious under clothes — especially leggings or dresses. It looks and feels like a diaper. The diaper was full of water but did not leak through to other side, so I suppose anyone with incontinence will be pleased by these. I did put they on to see if they would chafe or feel uncomfortable, but the material is soft enough to be worn for a day. Only issue may be sizing; while the waistband expands, it was about half a size too big.
