I got these for my 76 year old mother who has dementia and she is completely incontinent. The Depends fit her perfectly. She said the underwear was comfortable and not bulky. The underwear provided great protection for her, and she was able to sleep through the night without waking up all wet. She liked the Depends more then the brand she's been wearing, so I had to go buy the Depends for her.

BIG disappointment. The sizing is way off. I have tried many brands of underwear in the XL size. They all stated they were for 46" to 64". They fit fine. These are no way up to 64". I am upset that I took a chance on these and wasted my money when I could have bought what I knew would fit.

I wear a women’s size 8 and they fit me. I love the design but were just extremely small. I think I will cut the pad out and use as underwear shields

Comfortable, NO LEAKS, Very large absorbency capabilities, and you feel dry when wearing. You wake up feeling normal. You have to check to see how it went. I accidentally stayed in bed for an hour while on my phone & had no idea what happened overnight. They were so full but didn’t leak at all! I couldn’t believe how dry I felt. These are wonderful if you are looking for something that’s reliable, and comfortable. They also seem more comfortable than they used to be. The fabric is softer.
