Highly absorbent, 25x, they can also give people that are nor bedridden more independence without fear of wetting chairs or other areas. It's light during the day and moderate during the night so I have tried everything from pantyliners to over night pads. I was so excited to try these Depends Flex in size XXL bc most pull ups were to small on me and I really need good protection. I'm sure the depends do work well and I would love to find that out in the future, but I received XL instead of XXL so they were too tight for me and I couldn't test them. The Material does feel soft and cushiony, if only I could wear them. This looks like a very promising bladder control product for women.
